Major Fail on Coarse Whiskers : Braun Cruzer 5 Face Cruzer, 5 Face Shaver

I bought this razor because I decided to grow a goatee and thought it would make trimming it easy. It's OK, but it seems a little clumsy and hard to use for that. It's very difficult to remove the shaver head for cleaning. The head is hard to grip and I feel like I'm gonna break it every time I try to remove it, so I don't remove it anymore. The body of the razor is somewhat short and it has a pretty good taper and is hard to hold on to. I have almost dropped it several times and I did drop it on the floor once. They should have made it a little longer and not so tapered. I can't help but feel that there are more user friendly units out there.
